  • In which Languages can I receive Coaching?
    I offer coaching in English and German language.
  • What is the Difference between Coaching and Therapy?
    One of the major differences to coaching is that a (psycho-)therapist is mainly diagnosing and treating mental illness. In coaching we do make use of a trauma-sensitive approach. However, it is not offering any treatment of such. This is within the realm of therapists. Where coaches and therapists do overlap though, is the section of self development: deepening self awareness, improving self-care, adressing life imbalances, exploring power dynamics, doing inner critic work, developing new emotional skills, leveraging somatic intelligence, learning new ways of building relationships.. and the list goes on :) We will be elaborating together which scopes of in depth work might work, feel comfortable to you and are safe to explore.
  • How does the Payment work?
    If we agree to collaborate together you will receive an invoice from us and have the option to pay the respective session individually or as a whole package by the end of the month.
  • What is the Price of a Coaching Session?
    I am offering different packages for different needs and occasions (e.g. retreats and seminars). Let's have an exploration chat and elaborate together where you are and what you need!
  • How many Coaching Hours will I have?
    Each person has different needs and different progress. We will set a clear target and focus timeline at the beginning of our collaboration that will start with a 8 to 12 weeks plan.
  • What do I do if I have to Cancel a Coaching Session?
    You can cancel your session 12h in advance without getting charged. If you cancel after, you will be charged for the full price. The reason for this is that I am preparing our sessions in depth and will not be able to accomodate your spot to another client in such short notice.
  • How would a Mental Health seminar look like for me and my company?
    While I am open for various requests, I usually offer two types: - a multiple days seminar of min.2.5 days -5 days - monthly arrangements (e.g. 1x a week for 6 weeks) This said, I am open to optimize requests and tailor an ideal programme to special needs.
  • What Elements do You offer for Seminars?
    This depends on the intention of the seminar. If it shoul be subject to Mental Health and Wellbeing, it will include relaxation- and breath work tools, mindfulness practices, stress activiation and prevention strategies, and tailored everyday tool development. If it should be subject to Empowerment and Emotional Development, it will include identification of cross roads, introduction into parts-, process, and presence work as well as the provision of empowerment tools.
  • Can I book You as part of a Retreat or Event I am organizing?
    Yes, I am happy to receive booking requests and discuss optional integrations and participations as part of programmes.
